Women only make up 30% of public board membership in Allegheny – Balance the Scales. This event will provide networking, resume editing as well as educate on who is recruiting new board members. There will also be door prizes and refreshments.

This event is 21+ and you must provide ID. Registration is online at ywcapgh.org/bac and is $5 for the public but free to students.

Balance the Scales is presented by the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, Carlow University, and Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics- Chatham University Women’s Institute.
